Allow up to 5 business days to process all orders under 300 beads. Orders over 300 could take 5-7 business days. Please email for better TAT estimates. Oders that have more than 20 images also allow 5-7 days for processing.

Refund policy

30 day returns accepted on all non-customized items. Otherwise, all sales are final. Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
