Huesify has a full in-house design team ready to help make your ideas become a reality. Your own custom designs are perfect for business, holidays or any other special occasion.
How does it work?
Just add the design services to your cart. It's that simple to get started.
Next, give us your initial idea(s) using this form, and we will take it from there. Get started with a custom design.
What's included?
3 rounds of revisions: Using the form completed above, we will create your initial design and send you a watermarked proof, which is round 1. You may find this design completely perfect and ready to print, great! If not, give us your feedback and we will revise the design and send another proof, round 2. If you would still like another adjustment, no problem! We will make the requested adjustment and send you the final proof, round 3. Should you require more adjustments/changes, we can certainly accommodate that at $20 per extra round of revision.
Who owns the artwork?
After paying the $60 and making final approval of the design, you own the artwork and Huesify will not reprint or resell the final designs or slight variation of. We will also send you print-ready files for use in your other projects, including: t-shirts, business cards, websites, social or wherever you find the need. Files will be provided in vector and raster formats.
How much does all of this cost?
Our design services, which includes the 3 rounds of revisions, is only $60.00 per design, plus cost of original item purchased (IE: building bricks, ornaments, bubblegum beads, etc.).
Should you wish to reorder a design which you have already created with us, you will not be charged this design fee again. We will keep the designs in our library of customer files for your convenience of future orders using this custom design.

IMPORTANT! Please read the information provided below for submission guidelines before placing your order.
THE IMAGE YOU UPLOAD WILL BE THE IMAGE ON YOUR PRODUCT!! If you need help creating a bead with an image you currently have that is NOT ready to be printed, please contact us at info@huesify.com and we can give you a quote on design work for you.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT WATERMARKED PHOTOS. If you would like a design made for you, please see our "design services" listing.
We do not recreate, refund, or accept returns on custom beads. SIMPLE IMAGES WORK BEST FOR THIS PROCESS. We cannot guarantee that images with complex or fine details, or wording will be clear & legible in the finished bead.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING A 5 COUNT SO YOU CAN CHECK THE QUALITY IN PERSON BEFORE ORDERING A LARGER QUANTITY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WATERMARKED PHOTOS. If you want a design created for you, please see our "design services" listing.
WE WILL MAKE YOUR DESIGN AS LARGE AS YOUR DESIGN ALLOWS WITHIN THE IMAGE AREA. Remember that your design will be only 0.5" in size. (Please refer to the product listing to see imaging size differences and variations)
The Look: your design will be placed on 2 sides of a matte pearl bead or solid shiny bead. You can choose your desired bead prior to adding to your cart. There are additional requirements and charges for colored beads depending on your image and what is needed to get the best look for your needs. Please see our examples on the product page for more on our colored bead options.
We do not recommend choosing designs with intricate details, small wording, very thin or complex detailed fonts. We do not guarantee that the image you supply will be perfectly clear. Small wording is not always legible. Pastel and pale colors do not show up well, we suggest using images that have dark or bold colors or outlined pastel colors. We have ways to help with smaller words or pale colors and details but there are fees associated with that detail work.
We are not responsible for the final reproduction when your provided image is reduced to fit within the 0.5" diameter area. If the design is too small (not vector or 300dpi at .5"H X .5"W for raster images), if wording is not legible or if fine details in a complex image are lost due to the size of the reproduction, we will not be held responsible, therefore no refunds or replacements will be made. The quality of your custom beads greatly depends on the image you provide. Remember, the image area is only .5" wide by .5" high, please design and set expectations accordingly.
By submitting your image, you accept ALL responsibility and liability for images you provide to us. By submitting your image(s), you are agreeing that you have all rights to reproduce your provided image, therefore, Huesify shall not be responsible for any copyright infringement and all liability will be placed on the purchaser.
Beads are customized each time and color variation can happen. We cannot guarantee that re-orders will match exactly to previous orders. Color variation between orders should be expected.

We can accept most file types (jpg, png, tif, eps, pdf, etc). Images with watermarks cannot be used. Some images may require transparent backgrounds to achieve the desired effect, vector images work best. The customer assumes all responsibility in regard to rights of image replication.
Beads may have slight imperfections due to manufacturing and the customizing process. For example, one side of the bead may be clearer than the other or a corner of the design may be slightly fuzzy or stretched. Small wording may not always be perfectly clear due to limitations of the process used. The final size of image will vary depending on your design. Please understand, before placing an order, there will be imperfections. This is due to the process used for custom beads. Images and image location may vary slightly from bead to bead.
Size: 20mm (0.97")
Hole: approximately 2mm (drilled)
Image direction: Horizontal (hole side to side) or Vertical (hole top and bottom) All images will be made Vertically unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Finished image area: approximately 13mm (.5")H x 13mm (.5")W your design will be scaled down to fit within a 0.5" circle diameter. Some images can be sized up and made slightly larger and are at the discretion of Huesify.
All sales are final. Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned or refunded.
Custom Building Bricks Submission Guidelines
IMPORTANT! Please read the information provided below for submission guidelines before placing your order. We do not recreate, refund, or accept returns on custom building bricks.
We will make your design as large as your design allows withing the print image area.
The Look: your design will be placed on 1 side of a white building brick shape or both sides if double sided is selected. The same image will be used on each side of the same brick.
We recommend that your image be at least 200 DPI at 100% of actual size. We do not guarantee that the image you supply will be perfectly clear if your image is a poor quality and is put on a larger brick layout.
We are not responsible for the final reproduction when your provided image is of poor quality. No refunds or replacements will be made. The quality of your custom brick greatly depends on the image you provide.
By submitting your image, you accept ALL responsibility and liability for images you provide to us. Bricks may have slight imperfections due to manufacturing and the customizing process. For example, one side of the brick may have a brick that is very slightly off color. This is due to the dye lots from the manufacturer. We do our best to make sure this is not noticeable from the front image area.
